Those wishing to present papers at the congress are required to submit an abstract of no more than 400 words through the congress website by January 15, 2025, at the latest. Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts by February 1, 2025. Full papers of accepted abstracts, prepared in accordance with the guidelines provided on the website, must be submitted by March 30, 2025. Papers will be presented either as oral or poster presentations based on the reviewers’ evaluations. All congress papers will be provided to participants on a flash drive. Selected papers will be published in peer-reviewed journals indexed by international databases, such as the Journal of Scientific Mining. To enhance the scientific quality and sectoral contribution of the congress, awards will be given, including the Best Paper Award, the Young Researcher Award, and the Sectoral Innovation and Contribution Award.
